The National Cultural Foundation’s Cavalcades in Barbados are a necessity for the annual Crop Over festival.

The Cavalcades, which commence in May each year, are held each weekend throughout the various communities.

In order to meet its aim of exposing all Barbadians to local music, the Cavalcades, which are free to attend, visit each parish with both established and upcoming artistes performing for the live audiences.

This year the Cavalcades will launch on Friday 9th May at National Cultural Foundation (NCF) Car Park, West Terrace St. James and the next day will go to Speightstown Playing Field, Speightstown, St Peter.
