Both Alison Hinds and Machel Montano captured one award at the recently held Caribbean Urban Music Awards in Jamaica.

With a last minute change of venue from James Bond Beach, Ocho Rios to Sugarman Beach in Kingston, Jamaica due to flooding in Ocho Rios, the award was held on Saturday 26th April 2008, in front of an enthusiastic audience.
