Balham & Tooting carnival is a free, multi-cultural family event for the people of Balham and Tooting. Over 30,000 people are expected. This fun community event will promote various charities. Activities on the common include:
• Latin DJ and bands
• Art activities and music workshops
• A children’s area
• Gourmet food and market stalls
• Promotion for local business and community groups.
