Have you seen any public promotion or marketing for Trinidad & Tobago or Dominica Carnivals? If we weren't In the loop to hear the music coming out of carnival and about mas bands launching, would we even know that the carnivals are about to take place? And if we as Caribbean people / existing carnival lovers only know about it this way, then what about all the new visitors they are trying to attract; how are they informed?
