The favorites from Wednesday night’s Party Monarch semi-finals dominated last night’s finals of the LIME Party Monarch Competition which was be held at Carnival City in Antigua.
Doing what many described as “doing a Machel”, Tian Winters walked away with both the groovy and power titles.

By capturing the titles Tian Winters won himself two cars and secured a place in the 2013 International Soca Monarch finals in Trinidad.
Naturally excitement is building to see if Tian will really ‘do a Machel” by also capturing the Road March title, over the next two days.
